RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our priority at India Mart Hub.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
• Product is damaged
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing parts

Conditions:
• Item must be unused
• Original packaging required
• Unboxing video recommended for claims

Non-returnable:
• Used products
• Personal care items
• Clearance items

Refunds:
After inspection, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Mode of Refund:
• Prepaid → Original payment method
• COD → Bank transfer

Replacement:
Free replacement available for damaged or wrong items.
